Request deletion of your RetouchFlow account and data

At RetouchFlow, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What Data We Store

When you use RetouchFlow, we may store the following data:

Account information — email address, name
Photos — uploaded and processed images (auto-deleted after 30 days)
Enhancement history — batch records and processing settings
Subscription data — plan type and billing history (managed by Stripe)
Connected social accounts — Instagram and OnlyFans connection tokens

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete from Your Account (Fastest)

Log in to your RetouchFlow account at retouchflow.com
Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
Scroll to Account section
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

This immediately deletes your account, disconnects all social accounts, and queues all photos for deletion. Photos are permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to request complete data deletion. Include the email address associated with your RetouchFlow account.

Send Deletion Request

We will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email once complete.

What Happens When You Delete Your Data

Account deleted — Your login credentials, profile, and preferences are permanently removed
Photos deleted — All uploaded and processed photos are permanently deleted from AWS S3 within 24 hours
Social accounts disconnected — Instagram and OnlyFans tokens are revoked and deleted
Enhancement history cleared — All batch records and processing history are removed
Subscription canceled — Any active subscription is canceled immediately (no further charges)

Note: Payment records (transaction history, invoices) are retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. This data is stored securely by Stripe and does not include your full credit card number.

Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook or Instagram, you can also request data deletion through those platforms. When we receive a deletion request from Facebook/Instagram, we will:

Delete your RetouchFlow account and all associated data
Remove any stored Instagram access tokens
Provide a confirmation URL you can check for deletion status

Data Deletion Timeline

Account data: Deleted within 24 hours
Photos: Deleted within 24 hours
Social tokens: Deleted immediately
Backups: Purged from backup systems within 30 days
Payment records: Retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
